OPEN HOUSE WEEKEND PASSPORT — TERMS & CONDITIONS

• One entry per household. Only one completed passport may be submitted per household.
• To be eligible, participants must visit at least five (5) participating open houses listed on the official Open House Weekend Passport.
• Participants must obtain a passport at a participating open house and have each qualifying visit completed/verified as required on the passport.
• Only open houses listed on the official Open House Weekend Passport count toward the five-visit requirement.
• Completed passports must be submitted to Yamhill County Association of REALTORS® (YCAR) no later than Monday, August 3, 2026, at 4:00 PM to be eligible for the prize drawing at info@yamhillcountyrealtors.com
• Three winners will be selected at random from eligible entries. Each winner will receive one prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at the discretion of YCAR.
• Participants do not need to be represented by a REALTOR® to participate.
• Employees, officers, directors, and participating representatives of YCAR may be excluded from participating at YCAR’s discretion.
• YCAR reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, duplicated, altered, or otherwise does not meet the eligibility requirements.
• YCAR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
• By submitting a passport, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
